For Pope Leo and the whole Church as we celebrate the presence of the Holy Spirit in the Church who gives us courage to be disciples of Jesus in our modern world.
We pray to the Lord.

For a troubled world: that the preaching of the gospel may help nations to come together peacefully for the common good.
We pray to the Lord.

For Bishop Christian as he gathers together the new Catholics in our Diocese for Mass at the Cathedral.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor and homeless especially families with children.
We pray to the Lord.

For people who are ill, at home or in hospital, and for their families and caregivers.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: William McAloon, Diane O’Connor, Hughie McHugh, Jerry LeBlanc, Patsy Noddin, Shauna Smith, Bonnie Ewart-Casey, Marion Downing, Colleen Boucher, Christopher Waldron, Barry Honeyman, Robert Wilson; and for their families and friends who mourn them.

For our children and grandchildren who have received Confirmation and First Communion that they will continue to grow in faith and closeness to Christ.

For families and anyone living in poverty and feeling a sense of hopelessness and helplessness.
We pray to the Lord.

For anyone living with physical or mental illness and for their families and caregivers.
We pray to the Lord.
