Prayers Of The Faithful – May 31

For Pope Leo and the Church throughout the world, empowered by the Holy Spirit to bring people to God through His Son Jesus.
We pray to the Lord.

For the world, that all nations may grow in knowledge of God’s love and of His Son who was given to us so that all may believe.
We pray to the Lord.

For families: that they may know the love and unity of the Holy Trinity and allow God to enlighten and encourage them.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor and homeless and for the refugees of war and natural disasters.
We pray to the Lord.

For people awaiting surgery or diagnosis and for people receiving treatment and care and for their caregivers.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Audrey Scott (Vancouver), Carole Graham, Paulette Snow, John “Frank” Vautour, Claude Arseneault; and for people who mourn them.
We pray to the Lord.

Corpus Christi Collection

The annual collection for the Cathedral Restoration will be on the weekend of June 6/7. Your box of envelopes has a specific one for this collection, or there are envelopes marked “Cathedral Restoration” on the tables at the church entrances.
