For Pope Francis as he teaches the world that love of God and love of neighbour cannot be separated.
We pray to the Lord.
For Bishop Christian as he encourages us to participate in the current Synod of Bishops in creative ways as we continue to endure pandemic restrictions.
We pray to the Lord.
For the safety of our children as they embrace being back to school with friends and new opportunities and as new vaccinations are being considered for them.
We pray to the Lord.
For our children and grandchildren being confirmed in November at a time when faith is greatly needed and can be the only sure guide in their lives.
We pray to the Lord.
For all our relatives and friends who have died, and especially those who have no one to remember them or pray for them as we begin the month of Prayer for the Faithful Departed.

For each person who has asked us to pray for them.

For Pope Francis in his prayer for every baptized person that each may work to evangelize their parishes, communities and the whole world by witnessing to the gospel in their lives.
We pray to the Lord.
For Bishop Christian and for each diocese within the Church as we participate in the listening phase of the Synod of Bishops.
We pray to the Lord.
For people persecuted for their faith and those who face death or torture for their Christian faith and for the many who find themselves in conflict with governments because of their religious beliefs concerning the pandemic and vaccination.
We pray to the Lord.
For people providing health care and care to seniors throughout our country and for each person affected by the stresses placed on our hospitals and health care system.
We pray to the Lord.
For families and all the poor who are overwhelmed by the rapid rise of food prices and the increases in rent and home prices.
We pray to the Lord.
For every person in need of our prayer today and for each special intention that you have brought here to this Mass.
