Prayers Of The Faithful – June 6
For Pope Francis and Bishop Christian that God will continue to transform their hearts in the image of Jesus’ Sacred Heart.
We pray to the Lord.
For the whole church, that we may soon return to our familiar way of gathering for Mass and communion as we celebrate the feast of the Body and Blood of Christ.
We pray to the Lord.
For all priests during this month dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus that they may grow in holiness and be Christ’s ministers of forgiveness, mercy and compassion.
We pray to the Lord.
For the children of our parish who have just received their First Holy Communion, that the Eucharist will always be true food for their lives and for their souls.
We pray to the Lord.
For the people we know who are ill or awaiting surgery and treatment and for each person in need of our prayers today.
We pray to the Lord.
For those who have died: Shirley Blair, Bill Leahy, Marlene Cyr, Robert Gaudet, Charles LeBlanc, Joan Walsh; that they will be welcomed to the table of the Heavenly Banquet.
We pray to the Lord.

Prayers Of The Faithful – May 30
For Pope Francis, who depends on God’s grace and providence and our prayers to live his service to the Church and the world.
We pray to the Lord.
For our Bishop, Christian Riesbeck and our Diocesan family that we may model our common life on the Holy Trinity, a communion and community of love and service.
We pray to the Lord.
For the many times we were united in faith and hope through praying the Rosary during the month of May dedicated to Mary.
We pray to the Lord.
For students who still face many uncertainties and especially for our children and grandchildren who are graduating from University and High School.
We pray to the Lord.
For the many people living with illness and for those who are confined to home or hospital and long term care and for our friends and family members who are depressed or discouraged.
We pray to the Lord.
For the poor among us, especially those facing large increases in rent and the price of food.
We pray to the Lord.
For those who have died: Doreen Gilbert, Gordon Reinhart, Donat Duguay, David Dupuis; that they will be gathered into the communion of love – the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We pray to the Lord.
