Prayers Of The Faithful – November 30

For Pope Leo and the Church throughout the world that this new season of Advent will help us to focus on Jesus and His return.
We pray to the Lord.

For the millions of Christians who will celebrate Saint Nicholas this week and remember his compassion and charity for the poor.
We pray to the Lord.

For a world weary of war and conflict: that renewed faith in Jesus will bring renewed hope for peace.
We pray to the Lord.

For our parish families: that we will place Jesus at the centre of all our activities, preparations, service to others and prayers.
We pray to the Lord.

For families in need of healing and reconciliation and for families living with mental illness or addiction.
We pray to the Lord.

For people who are sick and for their families and caregivers.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Eileen Cusack, Amanda Collins, Rosaria Mercuri, Barry Lee McIntyre, Berniece Foster, Jacques Bellefleur, Georgina Vienneau, Rowena Mills, Joan Taylor, Brenda Cook, all deceased members of the CWL; and for their families.
We pray to the Lord.
