Prayers Of The Faithful – June 7

For Pope Leo and his prayer intention that sports may be a means of dialogue and peace among nations and cultures.
We pray to the Lord.

That the Body and Blood of Christ will nourish, encourage and strengthen the faith of those who receive Him in the Eucharist.
We pray to the Lord.

For the world, that many may come to recognize Jesus’ presence in the Eucharist and join in receiving Him.
We pray to the Lord.

For all who seek mercy and refuge in the Sacred Heart of Jesus and for the Sanctification of Priests as we pray for this intention on Friday, the Feast of the Sacred Heart.
We pray to the Lord.

For all families and the renewal of their faith through sharing together in Mass and Holy Communion.
We pray to the Lord.

For all who are ill and in need of our prayers.
We pray to the Lord.

For Pope Leo and the Church throughout the world, empowered by the Holy Spirit to bring people to God through His Son Jesus.
We pray to the Lord.

For the world, that all nations may grow in knowledge of God’s love and of His Son who was given to us so that all may believe.
We pray to the Lord.

For families: that they may know the love and unity of the Holy Trinity and allow God to enlighten and encourage them.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor and homeless and for the refugees of war and natural disasters.
We pray to the Lord.

For people awaiting surgery or diagnosis and for people receiving treatment and care and for their caregivers.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Audrey Scott (Vancouver), Carole Graham, Paulette Snow, John “Frank” Vautour, Claude Arseneault; and for people who mourn them.
