Prayers Of The Faithful – June 2

For Pope Francis and the entire Church during this month of June dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
We pray to the Lord.

For Bishop Christian and his priests as we pray on Friday for the Sanctification of all priests and for vocations to the Priesthood.
We pray to the Lord.

For our parish family, united in love for the Eucharist on this Feast of the Body and Blood of Christ.
We pray to the Lord.

For our children and grandchildren and for all youth as we anticipate the canonization of the teenager, Carlo Acutis, who loved the Eucharist and who served the poor.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor, and all who have inadequate food or nourishment as we celebrate Jesus as the Bread of Life for the world.
We pray to the Lord.

For anyone who has requested our prayers, especially the sick and elderly and their families.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Gerry Butler, Henry Yates, Edward Arsenault, Joe Kane, Douglas Cyr, Joan Savoie; and for their families.

For a strengthening of family life and for families threatened by discord or separation.

For expectant mothers and for the health and protection of all unborn children.

For the poor and for a generous response to their needs.

For any who are ill and for people and families overwhelmed by anxiety or addiction.
