For Bishop Christian and his priests as they meet on Thursday for a time of prayer and reflection together.

For unborn children and for all expectant mothers, especially those who are under great stress or worry.
We pray to the Lord.

For our children and grandchildren, as we celebrate the Feast of the Holy Guardian Angels on Monday, that they will be safe from harm and grow in faith and understanding of God.

For a renewal in prayer using the Rosary in this month dedicated to Our Blessed Mother and the Rosary.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor, especially families, who see no end of inflation in sight and find it difficult to provide what is essential.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Ann White, Tresa Spence, Harold Bursey,Carmela Lynn Stoddart, Walter Ball, Adelle Ross, Oliva Chevarie; and whose hope was in the Resurrection.

For our nation, Canada, and for her people who are descended from many nations, as we celebrate the Canadian martyrs who first brought the Gospel to North America.
We pray to the Lord.

For our children and grandchildren beginning Religious Education classes this weekend that their faith will grow and be strengthened by our example.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor, especially families and children, as their financial burdens continue to grow and wear them down.
We pray to the Lord.

For anyone who is living with physical or mental illness and for families struggling with addiction.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Fred Shonoman, Bill Kirk, Wayne Hebert, Fran Frauley, Francoise MacKenzie; as we entrust them to the love and mercy of God.
