Prayers Of The Faithful – April 2
For Pope Francis and the whole Church as we come together to the last days of Lent and anticipate the Feast of our salvation.
We pray to the Lord.
For the many throughout the world who are suffering from natural disaster, war and persecution for their faith.
We pray to the Lord.
For Bishop Christian and his priests and deacons as they come together with the Diocesan Church for the Chrism Mass.
We pray to the Lord.
For the poor and families with children and any who lack adequate food or shelter.
We pray to the Lord.
For any who are sick and in need of our prayers.
We pray to the Lord.
For the unborn and the elderly and any whose lives are threatened by our culture that promotes death.
We pray to the Lord.
For those who have died: Irene MacNeill, Mark McAuliffe, Joseph Stack, John Patterson, Martina Ryan, Shirley Black; and for people and families who are mourning the death of someone they love.
We pray to the Lord.
