Prayers Of The Faithful – January 26
For Pope Francis as he leads the Church in observance of Word of God Sunday.
We pray to the Lord.
For Bishop Christian and our Diocesan family of faith that we may grow together in recognizing the fulfillment of God’s creative Word among us.

For catechists throughout the Diocese, especially those making the Retreat this weekend at Villa Madonna.

Martha Guild
The Martha Guild will meet this Sunday, January 26, following the 11 am Mass in the parish hall. All members are encouraged to attend. If you are interested in becoming a member, you are welcome to come and find out more about the group. Their activities include parish/funeral receptions, the annual fun day, the St. Patrick’s Day luncheon, the Victoria Day Yard Sale, and the four large bingos throughout the year.
Pilgrimages
During the 2025 Jubilee year, there will be multiple pilgrimages to the Cathedral. The first pilgrimage is on Saturday, February 1. While it is for Cathedral parishioners, everyone is welcome. There will be an introduction at 10 am, followed by confessions, private devotions, Adoration, and Mass at noon. For more information, contact the Cathedral (506-653-6820).
Special Collection
This weekend, January 25/26, there will be a collection for the Indigenous Reconciliation Fund. Envelopes for this collection are available in your box of Sunday envelopes and at all church entrances.
