Prayers Of The Faithful – Easter Sunday – March 31

For Pope Francis as he gives his blessing to the City of Rome and to the World on this Glorious Easter Morning.
We pray to the Lord.

For Peace in our world that has turned away from the message of our Risen Prince of Peace.
We pray to the Lord.

For Bishop Christian and our Diocesan family of Faith that we will proclaim our Risen Lord in our service to our families and others.
We pray to the Lord.

For all who suffer in mind or in body that they may be renewed in health and in spirit by the Proclamation of Jesus’ Resurrection.
We pray to the Lord.

For families and for children in need of a family to adopt them.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor and for all people who assist them.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Frank Arthur, David Murray, Claudette Stillwell, Charlotte Mersereau; that they may enter into the fullness of eternal life with our Risen Saviour.

Prayers Of The Faithful – Easter Vigil – March 30

For the Church throughout the world as we rejoice, once more, in the glorious and life-giving Resurrection of Jesus from the Dead.
We pray to the Lord.

For the many Catechumens received into the Church this night and for all those receiving the Easter Sacraments.
We pray to the Lord.

For parents, the first teachers of the faith, religious educators and all who proclaim our Risen Lord to others by their lives.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor and for people who have lost reasons to hope that they will rediscover hope in Jesus’ Rising and His love for them.
We pray to the Lord.

For all who are ill that they may be renewed in body and spirit by this celebration of Jesus’ Resurrection and the New Life it brings.
We pray to the Lord.

For the Memorials being offered at this Mass: John McLaughlin, Edna and Adam Tyczkowski and all deceased family members.
We pray to the Lord.

Prayers Of The Faithful – Holy Thursday – March 28

For the Church as we remember and celebrate Jesus’ gift of Himself in the Eucharist and His example of service to others.
We pray to the Lord.

For Christians who will mark this night in their heart because there is no priest or there is persecution and fear of arrest.
We pray to the Lord.

For the sanctification of Priests and Bishops as we recall Jesus’ gift of the Priesthood.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor and for the many groups and people who assist them and generously provide for them.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who are sick and suffering in mind or body.
We pray to the Lord.

For all the faithful, departed, especially our relatives and friends and members of our Parish Family.
We pray to the Lord.

Receptions

Join us downstairs in the parish hall immediately after the Easter Vigil for a reception. Those attending the 11 am Mass on Easter Sunday are also invited to gather after Mass in the hall for a social, including an Easter Egg hunt for the younger members of the parish.
