Prayers Of The Faithful – January 12

For Pope Francis and all pastors who will lead our Church throughout this Holy Year of Hope.
We pray to the Lord.

For Bishop Christian and for our candidates for the Permanent Diaconate, Daniel Gaudet, Byron Conway, Isagani Aldover, Jr., and Steven Horsley.
We pray to the Lord.

For our country during a time of political change and uncertainty.
We pray to the Lord.

For our children and grandchildren who are returning to their Religious Education classes and for their teachers.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor and homeless, especially families, facing the added challenges of winter and extreme cold.
We pray to the Lord.

For people who are ill and for their families and caregivers.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: David Peabody, Jim Morrison, Norman Boucher, David McNeil, Phyllis McGrath, Joan Worden, Patricia Gionet, Kerry McBrearty, Reyale Richard, Kimberly Ann Barry, Jeremy Robichaud; that they will enter into the fullness of the promise made to them in Baptism.

Dying With Christ-Living with Hope is a video series that addresses the dying process. The series will be offered on Wednesdays on January 15, 22 & 29 at 8 pm or Thursdays on February 20, 27 & March 6 at 1 pm. More information is available on the poster below.
