Mass
Prayers Of The Faithful – February 13
For Pope Francis and all leaders who sincerely work for peace between Russia and Ukraine and throughout the world.
We pray to the Lord.
For peaceful resolutions to protests underway in Canada and for a renewed awareness of, and appreciation for, our freedoms won by generations who sacrificed to secure them.
We pray to the Lord.
For a continuing momentum in the reconciliation among all people in Canada and for the success of the meeting between Pope Francis and the delegation from Canada in March.
We pray to the Lord.
For Bishop Christian and our Diocesan Church as we look hopefully to resumption of vibrant parish life and full access to our churches and faith gatherings.
We pray to the Lord.
For all families and individuals overwhelmed by inflationary food prices and for those who worry about losing their rented homes and apartments to speculators and profiteers.
We pray to the Lord.
For each person who is ill, especially those who are alone and for people awaiting treatment, diagnosis and surgery that has been postponed and for those who feel discouraged and hopeless.
We pray to the Lord.
For our faithful departed: Mayda Wolfe, Ron Cusack, Murray O’Hara, Cee Cee Stephen, Garda Bishop, Bob Kane, Terry Shewbridge, Bertha Clements, Joan Kane, Rita Evans, Stephen Cox, Paul Donelle; and for their families and friends.
We pray to the Lord.

Cereal Drive
We invite you to contribute to the Our Daily Bread Cereal Drive in memory of Maggie Nugent, one of our former Religious Education students. Contributions assist the breakfast program at St. Francis-Hazen White School. Cereal can be brought with you to Mass until Sunday, February 27, and left near the Baptism font at the front of the church. The students have always been grateful for your very generous response over the years.
Religious Education
Reminder: Religious Education classes start this Sunday, February 13, 9:50 am – 10:50 am in the hall. Masks are mandatory. We will be taking registrations for new students on Sunday morning.
FYI – we still need additional volunteers for grades 3 & 5.
