Prayers Of The Faithful – November 23

For Pope Leo and the whole Church: that we may learn from Jesus that real authority and leadership consists of service.
We pray to the Lord.

For world leaders: that they may acknowledge an authority greater than their own and learn from Jesus, Prince of Peace.
We pray to the Lord.

For our children and grandchildren and for all young people: that they will find in Jesus a way to live in true freedom.
We pray to the Lord.

For our parish family: that our lives may reveal Jesus to others and draw them to follow Him.
We pray to the Lord.

For all who are ill and in need of healing and God’s love.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Sister Doreen McCarthy, SCIC, Helen Harrity, Frank Haggarty; and for the souls in Purgatory.
We pray to the Lord.
