The Knights of Columbus weekly Tuesday night bingo resumes on September 12 at 7 pm in the parish hall.
Religious Education classes will begin Sunday, September 24 in the Parish Hall.
Grades 1 – 5 will be Sunday mornings from 9:50 – 10:50 am
Grades 6 – 8 will be on Sunday evenings from 6:15 – 7:15 pm
Grade 9 will be on Sunday evenings 7:30 – 8:30 pm
Registration for all grades will be held after Sunday morning Masses on September 3, 10 & 17.
Grade 1 students are asked to bring a copy of their Baptism certificate when they register.
Reminder: The CWL is collecting school supplies for students. Any donations will be appreciated and can be placed in bags at all entrances. Some suggested items are Glue sticks, dry erase markers, pencils, erasers, markers, and notebooks. The deadline for donations is tomorrow, Sunday, September 3.
We are preparing the October – December Eucharistic Ministers’ Schedule. If you know that you will be unavailable at any point during those months, please contact the parish office (653-6830 or stpiusx@nb.aibn.com) by Tuesday, September 12, so that we can adjust the schedule accordingly.

Holy Redeemer parishioner Sophie Eruokwu will launch her second book, Hailey Quarks and the Great Charity Race, on Tuesday, August 29, at the Saint John Free Public Library in Market Square from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm. 50% of the net proceeds from the sale of Sophie’s books will be donated to the Child Life Fund (thegive.ca/childlife).
