Prayers Of The Faithful – October 27
For Pope Francis and the whole Church as the current session of the Synod of Bishops concludes this weekend.
We pray to the Lord.
For Bishop Christian and our Diocesan family, that we will always look to Christ to teach us forgiveness and mercy.
We pray to the Lord.
For our children and grandchildren and for the safety of all children, especially those who are studying away from home.
We pray to the Lord.
For people living with addictions to alcohol or drugs and for their families who are suffering with them.
We pray to the Lord.
For people in hospital and for anyone awaiting surgery, treatment or diagnosis and for all health care workers.
We pray to the Lord.
For those who have died: Rev. Bill Comerford, CSsR, Patricia Delvallet, Bernie McCarthy, Jackie Martin, Pat Dowd, Denis Gauthier, Jim MacIsaac, Joseph LeBlanc, Carol-Anne Holmes-Lauder; and for all the faithful departed.
