Prayers Of The Faithful – May 4

For the Church throughout the world, especially for the millions of Catholics suffering persecution and discrimination.
We pray to the Lord.

For the Cardinals who will enter the Conclave this week to select the new Bishop of Rome.
We pray to the Lord.

For the young people of our parish who received the Sacrament of Confirmation last week and for the children anticipating their First Holy Communion this month.
We pray to the Lord.

For renewed devotion to Mary during this month dedicated to her and for the protection of unborn children and their mothers.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor, especially families, and for the homeless.
We pray to the Lord.

For anyone who is ill and in need of our prayers.
We pray to he Lord.

For those who have died: Frederick Mahoney, Wanda Nelson, Tanya Hamilton; that God will embrace them in His mercy and love.
We pray to the Lord.
