Prayers Of The Faithful – January 1
For Pope Francis as he gives his blessing to Rome and the world on this World Day of Peace.
We pray to the Lord.
For peace in a world that has grown weary of war and leaders who choose conflict before peaceful resolutions.
We pray to the Lord.
For Bishop Christian and the Bishops of Canada in their efforts to resist the culture of death that is growing in our country.
We pray to the Lord.
For families who look for reasons and signs to be hopeful as food and shelter become increasingly unaffordable.
We pray to the Lord.
For anyone who is ill and in need of our prayers.
We pray to he Lord.
For those who have died, and for families in mourning.
We pray to the Lord.
Happy New Year!
