School Supplies

The CWL is collecting school supplies for students. Any donations will be appreciated and can be placed in bags at all entrances. Some suggested items are Glue sticks, dry erase markers, pencils, erasers, markers, and notebooks. The deadline for donations is Sunday, September 3.

Prayers Of The Faithful – August 27

For Pope Francis as he travels to Mongolia to encourage the small Catholic population in that country.
We pray to the Lord.

For Bishop Christian and the youth of our Diocese as they gather at Villa Madonna to celebrate and share faith in Jesus.
We pray to the Lord.

For the millions of people suffering the effects of natural disasters as we mark the Day of Prayer for Creation on Friday.
We pray to the Lord.

For the growing number of lives, especially young lives, impacted by addiction to drugs and for their families who feel helpless.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor, especially families with children, who shoulder the heaviest burden of food and rent that continues to rise in cost.
We pray to the Lord.

For any who are ill and in need of our prayers.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Yvonne Robichaud, Alex Bishop, Ethel Langlais, Dorianne McCaskill, Barbara Shephard, Barry McManus, Bob Estabrooks, Harold Arbeau, Bill Finlay; and for their families.
