For Pope Francis as he faithfully preaches a message of peace while tensions between nations and leaders continue to rise.
We pray to the Lord.

For the victims of natural disasters around the world and for the people of Ukraine as they endure unjust and criminal attacks.
We pray to the Lord.

For Bishop Christian and for our transitional deacons, Stephen and David as they await a call to priesthood.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor and families who bear the brunt of increasing inflation and prices while corporate profits grow.
We pray to the Lord.

For all who work in our health care system and for the chronically and mentally ill who look for life affirming care.
We pray to the Lord.

For our relatives and friends who need our prayers today.
We pray to the Lord.

For medical and support workers, for priests, religious and lay people giving vital pastoral and spiritual care to the sick and for people caring for infirm, elderly parents or spouses or children with special needs at home.
We pray to the Lord.

For Bishop Christian and all the Bishops in their ongoing work for reconciliation with aboriginal peoples in Canada, and among all faith and cultural groups in our country.
We pray to the Lord.

For our children and grandchildren and families trying to live their faith in a culture and world that denies or makes fun of faith.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor and homeless, for children and families who lack basic necessities and for the people and groups who try to provide for them.
We pray to the Lord.
