For Pope Francis, a voice of hope for the poor, for migrants, for families and victims of war.
We pray to the Lord.

For a missionary spirit in the church throughout the world and a confidence and joy in witnessing to faith in Jesus.
We pray to the Lord.

For Bishop Christian and his priests in their desire and efforts to become more like Christ, the Good Shepherd and to trust in His mercy.
We pray to the Lord.

For one another, and for all people of faith, as we humbly live what we believe and reject the shallowness of popular culture.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor, seniors and families and all people who are fearful as winter approaches and prices soar.
We pray to the Lord.

For anyone who is ill, at home or in hospital or nursing homes and for workers who care for them and for their families.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Leo Long, Eddie Guimond, Barb Walker, Neil Walton, Leona Shaw, Michelle Stevens, Richard McLean, Jack Duplisea, William DeBow, Eugenie Babineau, John Mulholland, Thomas Tracey, Charlie Keenan; and for people who comfort and help families in mourning.
