Youth Ministry

Reminder: The Diocese will host a day of prayer, discernment, and discussion about youth ministry tomorrow, Tuesday, August 27, 9:30 am – 4:30 pm, at the Villa Madonna. It is for anyone interested in discussing initiatives regarding evangelizing young people in our parishes. It is open to current and new people interested in building youth groups in parishes. Prayers Of The Faithful – August 25

For Pope Francis and all Bishops and Priests whom God has called to serve the Church.
We pray to the Lord.

For the world, that all may one day come to recognize Jesus, truly present in the Eucharist.
We pray to the Lord.

For our country and for the safety of the men and women who protect us and who are first responders in times of tragedy.
We pray to the Lord.

For the safety of all travelers especially those returning to their homes from holidays.
We pray to the Lord.

For people addicted to substances and destructive behaviours and for their families.
We pray to the Lord.

For any who are ill and in need of our prayers.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Doris Fillmore, Harold Brown, Mary Pearson, Regina Legacy, Elsie Blanchard, Audrey Crawford, Dorina LeBlanc; and for those who mourn them.
