Prayers Of The Faithful – August 25

For Pope Francis and all Bishops and Priests whom God has called to serve the Church.
We pray to the Lord.

For the world, that all may one day come to recognize Jesus, truly present in the Eucharist.
We pray to the Lord.

For our country and for the safety of the men and women who protect us and who are first responders in times of tragedy.
We pray to the Lord.

For the safety of all travelers especially those returning to their homes from holidays.
We pray to the Lord.

For people addicted to substances and destructive behaviours and for their families.
We pray to the Lord.

For any who are ill and in need of our prayers.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Doris Fillmore, Harold Brown, Mary Pearson, Regina Legacy, Elsie Blanchard, Audrey Crawford, Dorina LeBlanc; and for those who mourn them.
We pray to the Lord.

School Supplies

The CWL is collecting school supplies for students. Any donations will be appreciated and can be placed in bags at all entrances. Some suggested items are Glue sticks, dry erase markers, pencils, erasers, markers, notebooks, etc. The deadline for donations is Sunday, September 8.
