Prayers Of The Faithful – February 25
For Pope Francis and the church throughout the world, especially where it faces persecution and martyrdom.
We pray to the Lord.
For Christians everywhere who will gather in many locations around the world for the World Day of Prayer on March 1st.
We pray to the Lord.
For Bishop Christian and our Diocesan family of faith as we contemplate Christ’s glory in the Transfiguration.
We pray to the Lord.
For the many individuals and groups working on behalf of the homeless and poor in our city.
We pray to the Lord.
For a strengthening of family life to help parents face economic hardship and challenges to their authority.
We pray to the Lord.
For people who are ill, at home or in hospital, and for families dealing with addiction or mental illness.
We pray to the Lord.
For those who have died: Alan Doucette, Eva Anderson, Marilyn Calhoun, Patricia Wallace, Ronald Logue; that God will welcome them home.
We pray to the Lord.
