Prayers Of The Faithful – November 6

For Pope Francis and for his prayer intention for November for the millions of children suffering around the world, especially those who are homeless, those who are orphans and victims of war.
We pray to the Lord.

For the safety of our children and grandchildren, in school, at home, and at play in the community, and for the children participating in our Religious Education Program.
We pray to the Lord.

For nations in conflict within, or beyond, their own borders as we pause on Remembrance Day to reflect on the true cost of war and give thanks for the valiant ones who made the supreme sacrifice.
We pray to the Lord.

For Bishop Christian as he leads us in the ongoing process of understanding God’s vision for our Diocese.
We pray to the Lord.

For the poor, and especially for families, and for the generous people who try to assist them and offer them hope.
We pray to the Lord.

For all who are ill and for any who have asked for our prayers.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Rev. William Fitzgerald, C.Ss.R., Agnes Daly, Brian Fallon, Christopher LeFrancois, Edna Titus, James Theriault, Gloris Joseph Arseneau, Lloyd Goldsmith; and for each one whose name is entered in our Book of Remembrance.
We pray to the Lord.
