Red Level Changes

Because the Saint John region has been moved back into the Red COVID level, the following changes will be taking place at Holy Redeemer:

Mass
Parishioners will not be able to attend Mass in person. Msgr. Henneberry will be celebrating a Mass in the church which will be available online by 9:00 am on Sunday morning.

Communion
Msgr. Henneberry will be distributing Communion in the side parking lot at the usual times – Saturday at 4:45 pm and Sunday at 11:45 am. Parishioners are reminded to stay in their cars at all times as Msgr. will go to each vehicle individually.

Confessions
Msgr. Henneberry will be available to hear Confessions from his car from 3:00 – 3:30 pm on Saturday in the side parking lot.

Orange Phase

Due to the province going back into the Orange Phase, we are now limited to 50 people at each Mass. As a result, if you have not yet received an invitation by phone or email, you will not be able to attend Mass this weekend at St. Pius X Church/Holy Redeemer Parish. We apologize for the inconvenience.

January Latin Mass

Fr. Melanson will be unable to celebrate the First Saturday Latin Mass at Holy Redeemer this Saturday, January 2 due to other commitments. He hopes to celebrate his final First Saturday Latin Mass at Holy Redeemer on February 6 – COVID and weather conditions permitting. The Latin Mass will then move to a new location in Fredericton. Details regarding location and times will be announced by the new parish at a later date.
