For Pope Francis and for the Church whom he describes as a Mother who quietly accompanies everyone within her family on their path to maturity.
We pray to the Lord.

For the thousands of Canadians who have lost their homes to natural disasters and for those assisting them in rebuilding.
We pray to the Lord.

For Bishop Christian and the members of our Diocesan family who will celebrate the faith and heritage of the Acadian people on the Feast of the Assumption on August 15th.
We pray to the Lord.

For families and seniors who cannot find affordable housing or proper food and nutrition.
We pray to the Lord.

For all who are sick at home or in hospital and for healthcare workers and home-care givers.
We pray to the Lord.

For the Catholic Women’s League of Canada who are holding their National Annual Meeting this week in Saint John.
We pray to the Lord.

For those who have died: Doug Beale, Don McNeil, Lawrence Cameron, Marie Stevens, J. Kevin Britt, Georgette Thom, John Forrest; that they will be welcomed into the joy of eternal life.
